The holidays are commin' up. So it's time for the world to know what inanimate objects I've been obsessing over lately. Time to spill the beans...
All items on this list have been hand picked based on personal opinion and factual research. All items were found online unless otherwise specified. For most items on this list, there are models that bypass it by far that are equally available, however, this particular list was created upon the theory that I had the money to purchase them. So I'm not gonna put something up here unless I feel it's realistic to own.
Ok, so it's not something that just anyone can go out and buy with their allowance, but it's necissary. Being a DJ that prefers nothing less than Pioneer, this is the most realistic purchase available. The 800 series tables aren't as fancy as the 900, 1000, or 2000's but they are a drastic jump from the models below it; Which I refuse to use due to the fact that they just don't cut the mustard.
Pioneer DJM-400 Professional DJ Mixer 2-Channel with Digital Sampling and Effects
It's the best basic mixer any DJ can have. It's inexpensive for what it is and it does the job perfectly. For DJs like me that want a simple set-up with just a left and right cd turntable and a single mixer, this is where it's at.
Every set of expensive turntables and mixer needs a hard case for it to live in. This little habbitat holds the turntables, mixer, and cables in their own little slots. The removable faces on the side of the box allow the turntables to be used while they are still in the case, meaning I NEVER have to take them out and risk damaging them. On top of that, it comes with a shelf for my laptop, and it's black.
They ARE some fancy items, but I was more giddy about the prices. Like the 1.5TB external HD for...WHAA...only $130 bucks!? Like whoa...
I will have all of these things! It is the american dream to fill our lives with material objects. It's how you can tell when someone is awesome...when they have THINGS. lol
